For agencies with SaaS clients

SaaS buyers research in places that do not report to Search Console, and SaaS sites have the templating problems to match.

A SaaS site is mostly generated: a docs tree, a comparison directory, a changelog, a blog with several authors and no shared template discipline. Issues arrive in blocks of hundreds because pages arrive in blocks of hundreds, and the fix is nearly always one component.

The other half is that the buyer's journey now runs through assistants. A prospect asks for the best tool for a job and gets four names in prose, and whether your client is one of them is a real commercial fact that Search Console cannot see.

AI visibility measures exactly that, and refuses to do it the way the category does. Questions a buyer would actually type, never naming the client, put to each engine weekly, with every answer stored word for word and any percentage traceable back to a sentence somebody can read.

What that looks like here

  • Template-shaped groupingDocs, blog and programmatic directories collapse into their patterns, so a component change shows as one row with its coverage.
  • Answer-engine visibilityWhether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews name your client, and which rivals they name instead. Priced separately from the ledger.
  • Rivals you were not trackingThe brands engines keep naming alongside your client are surfaced even when they are not on the client's competitor list. They frequently are not.
  • Citation sourcesWhere an answer got its facts: the client's own pages, a review site, a community thread. That is what tells you where the next piece of work belongs.

Questions from people like you

Is AI visibility included?

It is a separate product with its own meter, so it is priced separately rather than bundled. There is no price table for it yet, because we will not publish a band for a metered feature before measuring a month of it at real volume.

Do you track share of voice?

Yes, and separately from visibility, because they are routinely confused. Visibility is the share of answers naming the client; share of voice is the client's mentions as a fraction of every brand mentioned.

Everything here works the same way it does everywhere else in the product: the crawl is ours, the Search Console data is yours, and a verdict is allowed to come back as no effect. Start with one client on the free tier and decide with your own data.
