If the page should be findable, remove the noindex instruction from the page's robots meta tag or the X-Robots-Tag response header.
When it is not a problem
Plenty of pages should be noindexed: thank-you pages, internal search results, duplicate print views. What makes this worth an alert is the pattern, when a noindex appears on a section that used to be indexable.
