Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and NexiBeam Technologies Private Limited, which runs Rankelle. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Rankelle finds Instagram reels and TikToks that are performing well in your niche, learns how you talk from your own videos, writes scripts in your voice, and estimates how a script might perform. Rankelle does not post, schedule or edit videos for you.

Your account and team

• You must be at least 16 and give a real email address. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• A workspace belongs to its owner. The owner manages billing and invites; teammates can use the workspace while they are members. The owner can remove a teammate at any time.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and to the scripts you make. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service. Only upload videos you own or have permission to use, and don't upload anything illegal or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

Other creators' posts

• Posts shown in Ideas, Search and the Watchlist belong to their creators. Rankelle shows them so you can learn what works. Rankelle is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta or TikTok.
• Use them as inspiration. Don't re-upload other creators' videos, or copy their words, claims or personal stories as your own. Studio is built to write new scripts in your voice, not copies; check every script before you film it.
• Creators can have their posts removed through our content removal form.

AI output

Scripts, hooks, voice profiles and virality scores are made by AI. They can be wrong. A virality score is an estimate, not a promise of views, reach or income. Review everything before you publish it: you are responsible for what you post and for following each platform's rules.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown in the app. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which adds any sales tax or VAT and appears on your statement.
• Usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month (Studio also has a daily limit). Unused allowance doesn't roll over.
• If you change plan, the difference is charged or credited pro rata straight away.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings, Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. If a payment fails, the workspace moves to Free until it is paid.
• We may change prices. We'll email the owner at least 30 days before a change applies to their subscription.

Fair use

Don't use Rankelle to scrape, resell or bulk-export its data, to get around plan limits (for example with scripts or multiple free accounts), to harass anyone, or to break the law. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings, Profile, after cancelling any paid subscription. We may close an account that breaks these terms; if we close a paid account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of the period.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Rankelle available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners before the change takes effect. Using Rankelle after that means you accept the new terms.
