Rankelle (rankelle.com and app.rankelle.com) is owned and operated by NexiBeam Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099KA2026PTC224690), No. 107, 3rd Block, 7th Cross, D Group Layout, Lingadheranahalli, Andrahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka 560091, India. In this policy "Rankelle", "we" and "us" mean NexiBeam Technologies Private Limited, which is responsible for your data.

What we collect about you

Your account: your email address, your name, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile picture from Google.
Your workspace: the Instagram or TikTok handles you give us for your Voice Profile, the creators you add to your Watchlist, your topic searches, your Studio chats and scripts, saved posts, and the teammates you invite.
What you upload: videos and notes you add to Studio, and the transcripts we make from them.
Billing status from Dodo Payments: your plan, its renewal date and your Dodo customer ID. We never see or store your card details.
Usage counts for your plan's limits, and feedback you send us from the app.
Technical logs: IP addresses in our server logs, used for security and rate limiting.

Public posts from other creators

Inspiration content is based on publicly available post data supplied by third-party data providers. We store post captions, public metrics, thumbnails and transcripts to show you ideas. We do not store information about people who interact with those posts. We don't log in to Instagram or TikTok and don't use anyone's account to collect this data.

If you run a public account and don't want your posts shown in Rankelle, use the content removal form or email support@rankelle.com. We remove the account's posts, transcripts and thumbnails right away, block it from being added again, and confirm within 7 days.

How we use your data

To run the service: build your Voice Profile, find breakout posts in your niche, write and score scripts, and keep your library.
To sign you in, send account emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, sign-in links, team invites), and bill your plan.
To enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

We don't sell your data, don't use it for advertising, and don't use your videos, scripts or voice profile to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

Anthropic (Claude): analyses posts and transcripts, and writes and scores scripts. Under our API terms, Anthropic does not train its models on this data.
Deepgram: turns speech in videos into text.
Third-party data providers: supply public post data. We send them public handles, post links and search terms, never your personal data.
Dodo Payments: our merchant of record. It takes payment, calculates and remits sales tax or VAT, and receives your email address when you buy a plan.
Resend: delivers our emails.
Google: sign-in, only if you choose "Continue with Google".
Cloudflare: carries encrypted traffic between you and our servers.

Some of these providers are in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country. They act only on our instructions. We also disclose data when a valid legal request requires it, and only what that request covers.

How long we keep it

Uploaded Studio videos: deleted once transcribed, and within 24 hours if transcription fails.
Topic searches: 30 days.
Your account, workspace, profiles, scripts and library: until you delete them or your account.
Public post data: we keep the newest posts per creator and prune the rest nightly. Creators no one follows are removed after 60 days.
Billing and tax records: as long as the law requires.

Deleting your account deletes every workspace you own and everything in it. Cancel a paid subscription first, in Settings, Billing.

How we protect it

Every connection uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
The database is not reachable from the internet. Secrets live in protected server configuration, never in code.
Sign-in cookies are HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite.

If a breach affects your data, we'll tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in, one remembers which workspace you have open. The app stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can see and edit your data in the app, and delete your account in Settings, Profile. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, email support@rankelle.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Rankelle is not for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account owners before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
